Koei Tecmo has announced Musou Stars, a crossover game of their many franchises in the Musou gameplay - including Sophie! Personally I hope they add other Atelier characters, but Musou with alchemy looks interesting in any case.

Makes sense that they'd go this route after tying off the Warriors Orochi series. (Cast got too big, probably.)
